# Follow Up Boss

Step1: Sign in to **FUB** and navigate to **"ADMIN"**.

Step 2: Go to **"API KEY & LEAD EMAIL"** and click **"CREATE API KEY"**.

Step 3: We recommend naming the API Key **"Realty AI"**, then copy the **API Key** generated.

### Step 4: Within Your Performance Dashboard Paste The API Key

Within your **Performance Dashboard**, scroll to the bottom under **Settings** and click **"Connect CRM"**. Select **Follow Up Boss**, paste the **API Key**, then click **"Save"** to complete the connection.

Your CRM is now connected, and leads captured by Madison, your AI chatbot, should flow directly into the CRM. **Congratulations**!
