# Lofty

Sign in to Lofty and navigate to the left control menu.

1. Click **"Integrations"** scroll down to API.
2. Create or copy the API token.

### &#x20;Within Your Performance Dashboard Paste The API Key

Within your **Performance Dashboard**, scroll to the bottom under **Settings** and click **"Connect CRM"**. Select **Lofty**, paste the **API Key**, then click **"Save"** to complete the connection.

Your CRM is now connected, and leads captured by Madison, your AI chatbot, should flow directly into the CRM. **Congratulations**!
