# Sierra Interactive Installation

**Sierra Interactive is very easy to install just follow these simple steps:**

You can install the Realty AI chatbot on your Sierra Interactive website by adding the provided script to your site’s tracking code settings.

#### Step-by-Step Instructions

1. **Log in to your Sierra Interactive admin panel**
2. Click the **⚙️ Gear icon** to open the main settings menu
3. Navigate to:\
   **Site Layout Settings → Tracking & Conversion Codes**
4. Locate the **Head Code** or **Footer Code** section\
   *(either location will work)*
5. Paste your **Realty AI chatbot script** into the selected code block
6. **Save your changes**
7. **Publish** your site

#### What Happens Next

Once the code is saved and published, the Realty AI chatbot will automatically begin loading on your website. No additional configuration is required.

#### Troubleshooting Tips

* If the chatbot does not appear immediately, refresh your browser or clear cache
* Ensure the script was pasted exactly as provided
* Confirm the site changes were published successfully
