The Conversations module is your centralized communication hub, automatically capturing and organizing every client interaction with your AI assistant. This module transforms casual inquiries into structured conversation histories with complete context and engagement tracking.
Every time a prospect engages with your AI assistant, their conversation is automatically captured and stored in chronological order. The system preserves not only the dialogue content but also the timing, context, and progression of each interaction - giving you complete visibility into client engagement patterns and communication history.
The Recent Conversations section displays your most current client interactions, providing:
Date Grouping - Conversations organized by interaction date (e.g., "April 23, 2025", "February 26, 2025")
User Identification - Clear distinction between client messages and bot responses
Timestamp Tracking - Precise timing for each message exchange
Conversation Preview - Quick summary of the interaction topic
