# Dashboard

The Dashboard is your analytics command center, providing real-time insights into your AI assistant's performance and lead generation activities. This module gives you a comprehensive overview of how your chatbot is performing and the value it's delivering to your real estate business.

### Key Performance Metrics

At the top of your dashboard, you'll find three primary metrics that showcase your AI assistant's impact:

#### Number of Contacts

Shows the total number of prospects who have engaged with your AI assistant and provided contact information. This metric indicates the effectiveness of your lead capture strategy.

#### Total Conversations

Displays the total number of chat sessions your AI assistant has handled.&#x20;

#### Time Saved

Calculates the minutes of manual work your AI assistant has automated. This metric helps quantify the ROI of implementing Realty AI on your website.

### Analytics Sections

#### Contact History

A bar chart showing contact acquisition trends over time. This visualization helps you:

* Identify peak lead generation periods
* Spot seasonal trends in your market
* Measure the impact of marketing campaigns
* Plan resource allocation based on inquiry patterns

#### Contact Conversion

A pie chart breaking down your contact interactions into different categories:

* **Conversations Started** - Initial chat engagements
* **Contacts** - Prospects who's contact info was collected.

#### Conversations History

A timeline chart showing conversation volume fluctuations over time. This helps you understand:

* Daily and weekly interaction patterns

#### Website Traffic Map

A geographic visualization showing where your website visitors are located. The map displays:

* **Contacts** - Geographic distribution of qualified leads
* **Conversations** - Areas with highest chat engagement
* **Leads** - Regions generating the most promising prospects
