Connecting your Follow Up Boss CRM to Realty AI Chatbot using an API Key

Step 1: Access Your RealtyAI Profile

Navigate to your RealtyAI Profile and scroll down to the CRM Connection section. Click "CONNECT CRM".

Step 2: Select Constant Contact

In the dropdown menu, select "Constant Contact" and click "CONNECT TO CONSTANT CONTACT".

Step 3: Sign in to Constant Contact

You'll be redirected to the Constant Contact login page. Sign in using one of these options:

• Enter your Username and Password

• Click "Sign in with Google"

• Click "Sign in with Facebook"

Step 4: Grant Permissions

Constant Contact will request access to:

• campaign_data

• contact_data

Click "Allow Access" to grant RealtyAI the necessary permissions.

Step 5: Test Your Connection

Back in your RealtyAI dashboard, you should see "✓ Connected to Constant Contact". Click "SEND TEST CONTACT" to verify the integration is working properly.

Your CRM is now connected, and leads captured by Madison, your AI chatbot, should flow directly into Constant Contact. Congratulations!
