How to customize your chatbot within your performance dashboard.

Step 1: Login to your Performance Dashboard

Step 2: Click Settings within the Performance Dashboard

On the left-hand side, beside your name, click. This will take you to settings.

Click the in the area of the red arrow to navigate to settings above.

Step 3: Customize your Chatbot

Within the settings, update your personal information, choose a color, and customize the welcome greeting message to align with your brand’s look and feel.

When you are satisfied, make sure to save. Now, refresh your website, and your custom Chatbot changes will be live. Congratulations!
