How to track your key performance metrics, conversations and contacts.

Access your performance dashboard here:
On the left-hand side, click Dashboard to access key metrics such as the number of contacts, total conversations, time saved, contact history, conversion rates, conversation history, and a website traffic map for insights into performance.
On the left-hand side, click Contacts to view all collected contacts. Select a specific contact to access their conversation summary, important details like buyer or seller information, and contact details such as phone number and email.
On the left-hand side, click Conversations to view all your conversations. Select a specific conversation to expand the view and see the full message history.
Once you're done viewing, feel free to bookmark the page for regular check-ins. What is tracked can be managed. Don’t worry—whenever a new lead is captured, you'll be notified via text and email. The performance dashboard serves as a backup, ensuring you always have access to important data.
